Woodland Arts Studio
at Rock Nest
After 38 years of teaching in public and private Institutions, I’m more passionate about engaging in the learning process than ever. I use breath work, Yoga and the Zen of observation to stimulate deep inward observation and self expression. With no expectations, we’ll explore nature and delight in discovery. We will delight in the process of discovery and creating. Focusing on the details, we enter an intuitive trance that quiets our inner critic and listen for the song of our soul call us.
I create both traditional and abstract art, using mixed media. My diverse experience and integrated thinking bring a fresh and unbiased perspective to my work and teaching. I believe that the best educational programs inspire students to enjoy the learning process and creative problem-solving as much as the final outcome. Developing great ideas and creative thinking is not a straightforward path, but rather a journey with many opportunities to discover new doors and ideas. I find the creative process exciting and am eager to serve as a guide to help you unlock your inner voice and explore the meditative and calming aspects of artistic expression.
